Gina and I have been teaching holistic classes for many years. We have pleasure in putting our holistic teaching skills together, to offer a 5* Holistic Retreat in Portugal, in September 2024.  It’s exciting for us to offer our very first Wellbeing Retreat, in a beautiful Hotel and Resort. Bookings will be on a first come, first served basis.

• 4 Nights (Thursday – Monday)
• 8 Pilates & 8 Yoga sessions
• Oasis thermal area access
• Spa treatment – 25 min Massage (head, back etc)
• Breakfast & 3 Course Dinner & non-alcoholic drinks
